Meet Michael Carli
Michael first started as an entrepreneur at the age of 12 operating “The Green Machine”, a neighborhood lawn care company, which he sold at 15 to buy his first automobile. Continuing his “working education”, he split his time between cooking at his family’s restaurant, and working as a bellhop at Treasure Island Vacation Resort. Restless again, Michael enlisted in the United State Air Force, where he became an Entomology Specialist. In 1990, he began Top Notch Pest Control. As a state certified pest operator, his company enjoyed 20 plus years of 5-35% growth annually and was purchased by a national company in 2010. Michael continued to operate the Tampa Bay offices for 2 additional years then retiring from the industry in 2012 after 31 years.
As President of The Carli Group, Michael and his wife Mary clearly understand the challenges business owners face daily. Their passion and commitment to the clients’ “next level” of success is constant, intense and determined.
Meet Mary Carli
Mary grew up in Pennsylvania and received her B.S. in Education from the University of Indiana, specializing in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. She moved to Maryland and worked in an Elementary school for 4 years before relocating to Florida where she was employed by a private rehabilitation company. She went back to the public school system and worked to earn her M.S. Education specializing in Varying Exceptionalities. She retired from the school system and joined Michael as the VP of Administration at Top Notch Pest Control. She managed all administrative aspects of the business from scheduling to Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payables and Human Resources. After the purchase of the company in 2010 Mary continued as the Office Manager of the Tampa Service Center. Retiring from this industry in 2012. Mary now is the VP of The Carli Group specializing in office procedures and policies with their clients including Accounts Receivables/Payables and other organizational systems.
